Volvo Cars Consultant Programme

Volvo Cars recognise that with all the changes in the automotive sector, customer facing staff require new tools in order to remain in front.

For the past two years Line Up have been working with the Swedish manufacturer to produce a programme of films and presentations that help their consultants recognise and respond to the changing demands of the people entering their showrooms or pop-up stores.

Consultative selling, building lasting relationships and providing the right help at the right time for the right type of customer have all been topics explored in this comprehensive piece of work.

Recognising that customers are individuals, where a one-size-fits-all approach no longer works, has been key to this programmes on-going success.
